EUSA G1 MWR's intent is to have a two-phase project consisting of a detailed preliminary design study and certification(phase 1), and the actual execution of the installation upgrade of services (phase2). This statement of work serves as the mechanism outlining EUSA G-1 MWR intent to have a contractor complete phase 1 and phase II of the project. EUSA G1 MWR upon completion of this contract expects a detiled business analysis on investment (establish a framework to evaluate opportunities), certification results and analysis as well as a detailed statement of work for phase 2 of the project. EUSA G-1 MWR wants the preliminary design study to outline the equipment required along with the cost of labor to allow EUSA G1 MWR to provide data and voice services for Residential Internet Access and Telephony. The goal is for a turn key operation for the above services including periodic training for the current EUSA G1 MWR staff to transition into the operation and maintenance of the overall system/services three years after upgrade completion. The contractor is requested to submit any other improvements to the system that could provide more and better services to EUSA soldiers during completion of this contract.
