A/E services are required to prepare Design Development (DD) with the provision for an optional contract for Construction Documents (CD) for VA/UMC Research Expansion, Project 543-206 at the VA Medical Center, 800 Hospital Drive, Columbia, MO. Scope of work shall include 1) Site surveys, investigations, schematic design, design development; and 2) Prepare construction documents consisting of drawings, specifications based on the approved DD submittal. All work shall be in full compliance with Department of Veterans Affairs Program Guide PG-08-15, Volume C, A/E Submission Instructions for Minor and NRM Construction Program. All interested firms having the capabilities and qualifications to perform this requirement should submit two (2) sets of SF 254 and SF 255 forms for the prime firm and all consultants to: Network 15 Contracting Section (10N15-90), ATTN: Peggy Miller, 4101 S 4th Street Trafficway, Leavenworth, KS 66048, by close of business January 18, 2000. Only data listed on submitted SF-254 and SF 255 forms shall be considered in the selection process. Only qualified firms with a full service office located within a 150-mile radius of Columbia, MO will be considered. Award is subject to the availability funds.
