F -- WILDLIFE SURVEYS (078) SOL R6-11-00-04N POC Contracting Officer Clyde Hooper, (541) 471-6600 Work consists of conducting wildlife field surveys for Marbled Murrelets, Great Gray Owls, Northern Spotted Owls, Red Tree Voles, and Terrestrial Mollusks. Survey areas are located on the Siskiyou and Rogue River National Forests and Bureau of Land Management's Medford District. The contractor shall furnish the necessary personnel, supervision, materials, equipment (except Government-furnished property), and facilities to perform all work as directed in the appropriate Protocal. Data shall be collected on detections, observed behavior, and nesting activities. Incidental observations of other wildlife species shall be noted on Wildlife Observation Forms. Project Leaders and Surveyors must meet minimum qualification requirements as stated in the Request for Proposals. Estimated issue date of the proposal is on or about January 10, 2000, and all field work is to be completed between March 1, 2000, and September 1, 2000.
