The Request for Quotation will be issued on or about January 5, 2000 to all potential offerors responding to this announcement. The successful contractor will be responsible for the pick-up and return of the equipment to Naval Construction Battalion Center, Gulfport, MS. All repairs must be completed within 30 days after pick-up of the engines. This requirement is 100% set aside for small business. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 7538 and the size standard is $5 million average annual sales in the preceeding three years.
