MEETING ANNOUNCEMENT TECHNICAL SUPPORT WORKING GROUP CONFERENCE Advanced Program Briefing to Industry TSWG Requirements for FY2001 SUBJECT: ADVANCED PROGRAM BREIFING TO INDUSTRY DESCRIPTION: APBI (TSWG Requirements for FY2001) Event Number #009 The Technical Support Working Group whose mission is to conduct the National R&D Program for Combating Terrorism, will sponsor an Advanced Program for Industry (APBI), February 23, 2000 at the Sheraton Crystal City, 1800 Jefferson Davis Highway in Arlington, Virginia. The purpose of the APBI is to provide an interactive forum for the commercial R&D community to gain a better understanding of TSWG FY2000 requirements in anticipation of TSWG's upcoming Broad Agency Announcements. TSWG will present requirements in the following categories: Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear Countermeasures; Explosives Detection and Defeat; Infrastructure Protection; Investigative Support and Forensics; Personnel Protection; Physical Security; Surveillance, Collection and Operations Support; and Tactical Operations Support.
