Contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, materials, supplies and supervision necessary to complete JFSD 980051, Upgrade Electrical Services -- MFH Phase 2 at Grand Forks AFB, ND in strict accordance with the Technical Provisions and drawings for this project. The contract is to upgrade the service entrance from overhead service drop connection on the power pole to the individual unit panel in each family unit. Provide a 150 amp main breaker panel in each family unit and replace exterior fused disconnect switches and any undersized garage feeder conductors installed in this switch. Work includes electrical services to 57 buildings on Grand Forks AFB. The period of performance is 150 calendar days after Notice to Proceed. The magnitude of this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. This action is being issued as restricted for Hubzone set-aside as per FAR 19.1305(b). All contractors MUST be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database or their proposal will not be considered.
