The value of the work is estimated to be between $210,000 and $225,000. Description of the work is: Project is to include conversion of existing leaded building and parking areas. The contractor will be required to commence work within 10 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed and complete within 60 calendar days. Liquidated damages will be accessed.
