65 -- LIQUICHEK ISOENZYME CONTROLS AND LYPHOCHEK URINE METALS SOL RFQ 618-87-00-LK DUE 010600 POC Linda Kelly 612-725-2183 65 The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, One Veterans Drive (90C), Minneapolis, MN, 55417 has a requirement for Liquichek Isoenzyme Controls and Lyphochek Urine Metal Controls for our Toxicology and Chemistry Laboratories. The Liquichek Isoenzyme Controls Level 1-3 and Lyphochek TDM and Quantitative Normal and Abnormal Controls Level 1-3 must have a minimum of 30 days stability after opening vial. The Lyphochek quantitative urine controls shall consist of 74 constituents. Controls shall be of a HUMAN CSF based control. It is anticipated that a Base Year with two Option Years, not to exceed a 3-year contract, will be awarded. RFQ-618-87-00-LK has been assigned. Sole Source negotiations will be conducted with Bio-Rad Laboratories, Hercules, California, as it is believed that this is a sole source procurement under Statutory Authority 41 USC 253(c)(1). However, all responsible sources that can provide items as listed above may respond by submitting a proposal furnishing detailed data and information concerning their capabilities to provide these items.
