202-307-3069 Comprehensive Sanction Center services. Concerns having
the ability for providing a Comprehensive Sanction Center facility for
male and female federal offenders. Those interested are requested to
give written notification (including telephone number and point of
contact) to the contracting office listed in this notice. Services
required include care, custody, control, accountability, training
opportunities and treatment, to include furnishing of subsistance and
medical services, except the expense of hospital, surgical,
prescriptions, and dental treatment. The services described shall be in
accordance with the Federal Bureau of Prisons' Statement of Work.
Location of the facility shall be located in the Charlotte, North
Carolina area. An estimated number of inmate days are 39,648 for the
base period, and 19,824 for option years one, two, and three (80% male
and 20% female). Estimated RFP issue date is January 7, 2000 and the
estimated closing date is March 8, 2000. Contract base period is two
years with three one-year option years to renew. A requirements
contract is anticipated. All responsible sources may submit a proposal
which shall be considered by this agency. No collect calls will be
