The Information Dissemination Organizations of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (PTO), located in Crystal City Arlington, VA anticipates entering into a five year (base and four options) Indefinite-Delivery task order contract NTE $10,000,000.00, for the provisions of information and/or material distribution services and products. One indefinite delivery contract will be negotiated and awarded. Work will be accomplished by the issuance of task orders that may be issued under any appropriate cost or pricing arrangement identified in FAR Part 16. This acquisition is being offered for competition limited to eligible and responsible 8(a) firms. Although this project is not an official PTO ReMap project, the acquisition will be conducted in accordance with the process described in the Acquisition Concept of Operations.
