The Department plans to procure contract services to assist in the monitoring and enforcement of the Manufactured Housing Program . This particular requirement consists of reviewing manufactured housing drawings and design packages received from manufactured home producers. The performance period has a base year of 12 months with two (2) one-year option periods. The Request for Proposal release date will be on or about January 6, 2000. Offerors may obtain a copy of the solicitation by submitting a written request along with two (2) self-addressed labels to the above address. No fax or telephone requests will be accepted.
