The Department plans to procure contract services to assist in the monitoring and enforcement of the Manufactured Housing Program. This will include providing assistance and conducting workshop, training, and assistance programs for all manufactured housing participants. The period of performance has a base year of 24 months with two one-year options. The Request For Proposal release date will be on or about January 6, 2000. Offerors may obtain a copy of the solicitation by submitting a written request along with two (2) self-addressed labels to the above address. No fax or telephone requests will be accepted.
