The exterior walls are masonry (split face and center scored) with metal wall panels along the uppermost wall elevations. Exterior doors, frames and windows are hollow metal with a standing seam metal roof. Site utilities and parking are also included. Offerors are required to submit both price and experience and technical proposal information as stated in the solicitation. The following evaluation criteria will be used for selection: (1) Prime contractor's past performance specifically involving educational, training, computer labs and administrative/office type facilities, (2) Prime contractor's effectiveness of management showing understanding and capability of successfully completing projects with severe time and cost constraints. The acquisition strategy is a lowest cost technically acceptable request for proposal. Proposals will be received and evaluated on a GO/NO-GO basis. Estimated cost range of project is from $1,000,000 to $5,000,000. Network Analysis System will be required.
