Construct four separate facilities and their supporting parking lots, landscaping, utilities, antenna tower and emergency generator. The four buildings are: Regimental Headquarters Facility (2546 GSM), Reconnaissance and Signal Detachment Facility (1244 GSM), Regimental HHC Medium Company Operations Facility (635 GSM) and Training Detachment Classroom and Company Operations Facility (1000 GSM). The Regimental Headquarters Facility will have an un-interruptable power supply (UPS) system for communications information systems. An existing antenna will have to be demolished and a new antenna tower constructed. Force protection and access control measures will be provided. Supporting facilities will include all electric, water, sanitary sewer, communication utilities, fencing, access road, parking, sidewalks, curb and gutters, storm drainage, landscaping, standby generator, and security lighting. Access for handicapped persons will be provided for the Regimental Headquarters building Administrative areas. Heat and Air conditioning will be provided by self-contained systems. Estimated cost range of project is from $5,000,000 to $10,000,000. Network Analysis System will be Required.
