The elevators operate through five floors, each floor is approximately 20 feet high. This solicitation will be a two-phase selection using the procedures contained in FAR Part 36.300. It will be a design-build award. No more than three contractors will be selected from phase one to submit proposals for phase two. One contractor will be selected from phase two to accomplish the work. Magnitude of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. Anticipated construction time for phase two work is 120 calendar days. This acquisition will be issued unrestricted. All contractors MUST be registered in the Central Contractor Registration datbase or their proposal will not be considered.
