It is the intention of this Request for Proposal (RFP) to obtain complete grounds and landscape maintenance services for Flag and On-Station Quarters located on various Naval and Marine Corp Installations in San Diego County, California by means of a combination Firm Fixed Price and Indefinite Quantity type contract. The period of performance is for a base period and four option periods that may consist of 1 to 12 months per period. The services to be provided are subject to the Service Contract Act wage rates. This is a Small Business Set-Aside Procurement; for those firms certifying themselves as a Small Business Concern, the concern and its affiliates cannot exceed an average annual receipt for the preceding three fiscal years of $5,000,000.00 under the Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code 0782. This solicitation will be available on or about January 24, 2000. NOTE: No deposit is required, this RFP will be procured through formal Source Selection contract procedures and there will not be a public bid opening.
