This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Solicitation number is F14614-99T0631. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses as those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-14. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) is 3663, Radio and Television Broadcasting and Communications Equipment. The size standard of which is 750 employees. This requirement is a 100% small business set aside. This request is for Oregon Aero Headset Upgrade Kits. Each kit includes (1) Soft skin ear seals (2) Micmuff microphone cover, (3) Hushkit passive earcup noise attenuation foam (4) Softop headset cushion and (5) Softseal ear cushions. Quantity: 380 kits. All FAR clauses and provision referenced below may be reviewed and/or obtained from the General Services Administration's Federal Acquisition Regulation web site at Internet address http://farsite.hill.af.mil/. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible quoter whose quote, conforming to the solicitation, will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.
