61 -- REPLACEMENT OF TWO OIL-FILLED CIRCUIT BREAKERS AT MT. The work to be performed consists of the following: (a) supply materials and services for replacement of two oil-filled circuit breakers with two SF-6 type circuit breakers; (b) furnish drawings and data for electrical installations; (c) furnish, install and test 230-Kilovolt, three-phase, SF-6 puffer type power circuit breaker and spare parts; (d) remove and dispose of two existing oil-type power circuit breakers, complete with oil, and other miscellaneous electrical equipment and materials (e) furnish and install identification signs, furnish and install the following sizes of 600-volt insulated multiconductor control cable: 12/c No. 12 AWG, 5/c No. 10 AWG; (f) furnish, install and terminating Contractor sized 600-volt insulated multiconductor power cable; and (g) furnish and install grounding, electrical conduit, and 4-inch electrical, plastic coated rigid steel conduit. The equipment will be installed at the Mt. Elbert Pump-Storage plant switchyard located approximately 25 miles northwest of Buena Vista, Colorado in Lake County. The bid opening date is tentatively scheduled for February 17, 2000 at the Bureau of Reclamation, Great Plains Regional Office, Room 2031, 316 North 26th Street, Billings, Montana. There is no charge for the first copy of the solicitation, additional sets may be provided upon receipt of a nonrefundable check or money order of $9.00 each. After issuance, the solicitation may be viewed, without charge at the address mentioned above. All reasonable sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by the Bureau of Reclamation.
