Madigan Army Medical Center intends to negotiate a firm-fixed priced requirements contract for the provision of miscellaneous control material used to perform a variety of diagnostic laboratory tests. All control material proposed and subsequently provided by the contractor shall have a two (2) year shelf life and FDA approval prior to submission of the proposal. In addition there is a clinical requirement that controls for serum testing be human based rather than polyethylenglycol and that urine controls have a urine base.
