The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 97-14. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. A justification for Other than Full and Open Competition has been prepared in support of this acquisition. This procurement is for providing four, on-demand/unscheduled/short notice, customized Fast Track Cold Fusion using Oracle training courses for an Air Force Activity at the Pentagon, using a local employee so as to avoid travel/per diem expenses. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals.
