The Standard Industrial Classification Code (SIC) is 7372. The small business size standard for this procurement is $18 million. This is a form of market research in accordance with FAR subpart 10. This is not a solicitation. The M-Data Extractor (Cache Version) is a software package, off the shelf, which migrates MUMPS Data to SQL data files. It provides for real time adhoc reporting and multiple concurrent users. The product includes detailed instructions on how to use the tool, and one year renewable maintenance support. It provides automated mapping, interactive data moves and multiple concurrent users as standard features without any programming support. The M-Data Extractor can filter data as it is transferred to SQL also. Any source that has the capability to provide an off the shelf item equivalent to the M-Data Extractor must submit their information by Friday December 17 4:00 pm. A sample of your product, and literature must be provided. The customer is not interested in any product that requires any programmer manipulation, reprogramming, or manual mapping of data.
