The goal is to recommend shipboard composite material systems that contain fire to the compartment of origin. Further development of the Composite Fire Hazard Analysis Tool (CFHAT) will be utilized. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1.
