The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, computers, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services to perform Air Terminal and Ground Handling Services for the Air Mobility Command (AMC) in support of the Department of Defense (D0D) Airlift System, and shall work all US Government owned or operated aircraft and US Government sponsored foreign government aircraft requiring ground handling services at Cairo International Airport, Cairo, Egypt, 24 hours a day seven days a week including holidays. This includes performing these services in cases of emergency/crisis. The contractor shall be able to service aircraft, consisting of wide-body aircraft (i.e., C-17, C-5, DC-10 or larger), and narrow-body aircraft (C-130, C-9, C-12/C-21, etc). The contractor shall be able to respond to and augment work forces for unforeseen increases in workload and contingencies (i.e., emergency operations, disaster relief, etc.) which due to their nature are beyond the control of the Air Mobility Command Liaison.
