The Contractor shall provide personnel, transportation and malpractice insurance to provide on-site radiology/interpretation and transcription services to the Public Health Service, Winslow Indian Health Center, Winslow, Arizona. The Contractor shall read and interpret radiographs of films for all standard procedures and ultrasound studies. The Contractor shall also provide transcriptions for all interpretations. The Contractor's Radiologist must be board certified with the American Board of Radiology and possess a current valid license issued by any state of the United States of America, District of Columbia, the commonwealth of Puerto Rico or a territory of the United States. Resultant Contract will be a indefinite quantity type contract with anticipated award date of 01 Feb 2000 to 31 Jan 2001 with two (2) one year option periods.
