Scope of services may include but is not limited to: (A) Media Relations: identify issues affecting news coverage of Presidio Trust activities, proactive media relations intended to obtain news coverage for significant activities at the Presidio, prepare annual media plans, develop national news stories and releases, provide media training for Executive Board members and key staff, crisis media consultation, special event strategy and planning; (B) Institutional Communication: develop communication strategies, specific communication pieces, and collateral materials designed to promote the Presidio Trust organization and strengthen community dialogue; and (C) Community Relations: develop plans for effective outreach that build community and grassroots support for the Presidio. The successful consultant will provide assistance and consultation to the Presidio Trust Board of Directors, Executive Director, Deputy Director for Operations & Government Affairs, and the Director of Public Affairs. Proposals will be evaluated based upon criteria set forth in the Request for Proposals (RFP), including but not limited to: Specialized Experience; Past Performance; Experience in working with Federal Government organizations; Outreach efforts; Billing Rates and Fee Structure.
