All prior requests for the plans and specifications will be processed under the new solicitation number and should not be resubmitted. The project consists of constructing a 2-story masonry and standing seam building, approximately 40,000 square feet housing a combination of aircraft maintainers air mobility unit and aircraft operators squadron operations facility in the infield area of McChord AFB WA. Includes utilities, exterior security wall, parking, and other site improvements associated with project construction. AVAILIBILITY: This solicitation will be issued as an Electronic Bid Set (EBS) on CD-ROM format only. EBS CD-ROM disks with plans and specs available on or about 3 January 2000 at no charge per set. EBS CD-ROM disks will be issued on a first-come, first-served basis until supply is exhausted. No phone requests accepted. Refer to RFP No. DACA67-00-R-0211 when ordering. Requests MUST BE IN WRITING and received before solicitation documents will be mailed. For the purposes of this procurement, a concern is considered a small business if its average annual receipts are $17 million or less.
