There are additives for the construction of 10 additional MFH units and additional demolition of 90 existing MFH units. The scope of work includes construction of a complete and usable project consisting of all labor, materials, equipment, and all necessary site improvements, landscaping, recreation areas, structures, on and off site work (utilities, road, etc.) as may be required. Amenities included in the project are: heating and air conditioning, carpeting, garages, appliances, patios, and privacy fencing. Project performance period is expected to be 500 calendar days that includes a Winter exclusion period from 15 Nov -- 15 Apr. The solicitation, plans, specifications, or drawings will not be provided in a printed paper format; however, the Government reserves the right to revert to paper medium when it is determined to be in the Government's best interest. All proposals and other normal documents required for the proposal submittal, including amendments to the proposal submittal, shall be in paper medium.
