Services are required for the renovation of an existing 9,484 SF masonry facility at Blue Ash Air National Guard Station, Blue Ash, Ohio. The project includes offices, conference rooms, classrooms, men's and women's latrines/showers/locker rooms, and open administrative areas for pre-wired workstations. The renovation consists of CMU walls and drywall, suspended ceilings, interior finishes to include carpeting, vinyl wall covering, vinyl composition floor tile and casework. Also included in the renovation is the installation of HVAC and duct work, pulse type boilers, new Direct Digital Control system, communications wiring to include fiber optics, new wet pipe fire suppression system. The Exterior work includes new insulated windows, new dry-vit system, exterior canopies, mansard roof treatment. The project requires limited site work, which includes installation of new 8" water main and limited landscaping. Demolition includes asbestos abatement and offsite disposal of construction debris.
