this project shall include but is not limited to the following
principle features: 1. Demolition and removal of existing heating water
pumps, indoor chiller with outdoor roof mounted cooling tower,
condenser water pump, and air handling units with hot water heating
coils and DX cooling coils, pneumatic controls system with air
compressor, including pneumatic piping, gauges, etx., disconnection of
all power circuits to existing equipment to be removed, partial
ductwork, partial piping, associated equipment accessories, controls,
etc. as indicated on Drawings. 2. Installation of new split system
water chiller with indoor evaporator and roof mounted air-cooled
condenser, chilled water pumps, air handling units with hydronic
heating and cooling coils, DDC electronic HVAC controls system, heating
water, chilled water, and refrigerant piping, ductwork, and all
associated appurtenances and controls. 3. Installation of new heating
and chilled water distribution piping to new air handling unit coils.
4. New power circuiting to all new equipment provided and new
electrical panels for HVAC systems equipment. The brief outline above
of the principle features of this project in no way limits the
responsibility of the Contractor to perform all work and furnish all
labor and materials required by the specifications and drawings. Any
omission from the drawings or specifications shall not relieve the
Contractor from performing all work required and furnishing all
material required to completely fulfill the intent of the contract.
Mechanical Contractors should have 5 years of experience minimum. The
estimated price range is between $200,000 and $250,000 with completion
within 120 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. The
contractor must provide documentation along with their proposal,
evidencing their bonding capabilities, although no proposal guarantee
is required to submit an offer. Packages will be available on or about
December 17, 1999, at $65.00 per set, Non-refundable, referencing
