Work includes but not limited to installing new 1100 ton chiller, changing freon to the existing chiller, installing new evaluation system system, upgrade the electrical system, interface with the existing energy management system. All work shall be done in strict accordance with the specifications and drawings provided. The estimated cost range for this project is between $1,000,000 -- $5,000,000..
