IFB N68711-00-B-8909, SEISMIC REPAIRS AND RENOVATIONS TO BLDGS. 1521, 1523 AND 1525 (TP-9708M) The work includes furnishing of all materials, labor, equipment and supervision to provide seismic repairs and upgrades and repairs to existing one-story office buildings. Demolition of existing walls, concrete floor, and ceilings for new concrete shear walls and foundations. Addition of new walls, floor coverings, ceiling and lighting. Removal of and addition of new exterior glazing. Addition of new communications closet with new HVAC system. Patch and repair of existing interior and exterior surfaces damaged by new work, and incidental related work. A Quality Control Program will be required as set forth in the Contract Specifications.
