Provide all labor, materials, equipment and all other necessary items required to accomplish the following: Remove the existing closed loop hot water system and install a HVAC packaged unit, including ductwork and ventilation; tear off existing single ply roofing system down to bare substrate, build curb and structural supports for the new roof-mounted condensing unit; install new roofing system specified; demolish interior partition walls, electrical receptacles, switches, plumbing, light fixtures, acoustic ceiling systems, and floor finishes; relocate office furnishings as indicated on the plans; construct new walls where indicated on the plans, including new finishes such as paint, carpet, ceramic tile; install new plumbing fixtures indicated; install new doors and windows indicated; replace glazing at windows where a/c units are removed; install light fixtures, switches, duplex receptacles, and fire alarm system; install metal screen to enclose roof-mounted condensing unit and ductwork; demolish existing cover at front entry and install new canvas awning. Plans and specifications may be purchased on a first come, first served basis at the rate of $50.00 per set.
