Kelly, Contract Specialist, (732) 323-7437 The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD), Lakehurst, NJ intends to enter into negotiations with the sole source of supply, Northrop Grumman Corporation, Logistical Technology Center, Chesapeake, VA. The NAWCAD intends to procure Fatigue Engine Monitoring System (FEMS) F-14 WRA CASS consisting of the following: 2 ea. A55S96190-1 Interconnecting Box, 1 Lot, OTPI/OPTM Fem Software and CIU F-14 WRA CASS consisting of the following: 2 ea., A55S96200-1 Interconnecting Box, CIU/MISC, 1 Lot CIU Software. The end items will be two complete sets of Fatigue Engine Monitoring System (FEMS) F-14 WRA CASS TPSs and Converter Interface Unit (CIU) to support the F-14B aircraft. This procurement will be placed as a delivery order under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N68335-99-G-0156. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a proposal, which may or may not be used by the Government in determining whether or not to open a request for competition. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals must be received within 15 days. Responses should reference N68335-99-G-0156. A determination by the government not to open this requirement to competition based on the responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
