The log building is 24' x 30' with an attached 24' x 8' porch. The overall size is 24' x 38'. The log building shall be installed at the Port Director office, Northway Airport, Northway, Alaska. Delivery shall be made sixty days after issuance of the contract. This requirement is a 100% set aside for small business concerns. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 2452.
