Draft solicitation packages will be posted and updated on the Interagency Business Opportunities Page (IBOP) as they become available. A formal solicitation shall be released on or about 3 January 2000 with proposals due on or about 3 February 2000. All responsible sources may submit an offer for consideration. Proposals shall be submitted via the Army's IBOP. The URL for the IBOP is https://abop.monmouth.army.mil. Contractors will need to be registered users in the IBOP in order to submit proposals. Please contact 1-888-414-2677 BOP toll-free help desk for assistance in the use of the IBOP. There is a "DEMO" section in the IBOP where contractors can practice submitting proposals to the IBOP. The demo solicitation number is DAAB07-00-R-CSTP. We STRONGLY encourage use of this feature well before proposals are due. This practice area gets the contractor familiar with the IBOP and its security features will eliminate many potential problems which may occur on proposal submission day.
