The Blaise software is proprietary software developed by the Central Bureau of Statistics at Statistics Netherlands. This licensing agreement permits the distribution and use of the software to Census personnel for a period of one year. Westat serves as the marketing, distribution and support center for the Blaise software for North American clients on the behalf of Statistics Netherlands.
