Edwards, ACTING TEAM LEADER The Huntington District Corps of Engineers intends to negotiate a contract to procure the services of a contractor for Floating Plant Drilling Services for various projects located within the Boundaries of the Huntington District. The contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, supplies and materials to determine the type, nature, characteristics, present extent and condition of various materials located within the Huntington District. The Huntington District consists of portions of West Virginia, Ohio, Kentucky, Virginia and North Carolina. The contract will be a competitively negotiated Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Contract. The contract will be awarded for a period of one year with an option to extend the term of the contract for two additional one-year periods. The monetary amount of the contract will not exceed $1,000,000.00 during the initial term of the contract and $1,000,000.00 each for the option periods. Award will be as a whole to the offeror whose proposal conforms to the solicitation and has been determined to be the most advantageous to the Government, all factors considered. RATING CRITERIA: 1. Past Experience; 2. Technical Knowledge and Experience of Personnel; 3. Ability of Offeror to Provide the Required Physical Plant and Supplies; 4. Supervision and Administration; 5. Safety; 6. Quality Control; 7. Location of the Firm in the General Geograhic Area and 8. Cost. Solicitation packages will be available on or about January 10, 2000.
