The National Imagery and Mapping Agency (NIMA) intends to issue a sole-source contract to Gena Warehouse, Ltd. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Gena Warehouse is the only responsible source who can fulfill the requirement. The requirement is for Genemap Developer/Server licenses (IBM RS6000), GeneCell licenses, Genemap Runtime licenses, and Spatial API licenses. All the licenses are for the CY2000 period.
