The 12th Contracting Squadron at Randolph AFB, TX plans to issue a solicitation for the development of 125 AF Standard Core Personnel Documents (SCPDs) to include providing support for database analysis, collection of representative position descriptions and performance plans, coordination of SCPDs with appropriate Air Staff and/or WWW, ensure proper application of all new Office of Personnel Management standards for existing and future SCPDs and identify changes in standard in accordance with the Statement of Work.
