Contract is for an AN/USM-603 Electronics Test Set (ETS) Service Life
Extention. The contractor shall implement technology insertion
solutions that will extend the service life of the AN/USM-603
Electronics Test Set (ETS) to year 2015 with improved reliability,
maintenability, and supportability. The updated ETS shall remain
unchanged in terms of legacy unit under test (UUT) test program sets'
(TPS) fault detection and fault isolation capabilities. Said technology
insertion solutions shall be accomplished through the use of
state-of-the-art commercial- off-the-shelf (COTS) hardware/software,
and industry standards. Government furnished drawings and
