After the fill is compacted, riprap will be placed to prevent erosion. Fill material can be made available from borrow pits on Fort Campbell. Seeding. The sites identified will be filled with topsoil, disced and hydroseeded with grass. This task includes seedbed preparation, fertilizer application, seeding, and mulching. Placement of riprap. Includes placement of riprap material in the eroded areas identified. The riprap will be placed to the dimensions shown on the appropriate drawing for each site. The period of performance is 120 calendar days. Forth coming contract will be firm-fixed price. The estimated range for this project is $25,000 to $100,000. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for Small Business. For the purpose of determining Small Business size, SIC 1629 for this acquisition the average annual receipts of concern and its affiliates for the preceding three fiscal years must not exceed $13.5 million.
