The Naval Air Warfare Center Division (NAWCAD), St. Inigoes, MD intends to issue a sole source IDIQ FFP contract to C&S Antenna, Inc. 45250 Severn Way, Sterling, VA 20166 for the procurement of commercial items including antennas, masts, and accessories. These items are required by the United States Special Operations Communications Command (USSOCOM) to support all Joint Base Station (JBS) and Improved Special Operations Communications Assemblage (ISOCA) programs. The current requirement for JBS and ISOCA is to replicate the present communications systems utilizing existing logistics and training support. Each JBS and ISOCA system has a limited amount of storage space for antennas and antenna mast systems.
