intends to procure services to prepare protocols for "Parenteral
Transmission of 7420 Virus to Swine" and for the performance of liver
biopsies, measurement of liver enzymes and bilirubin and the collection
and storage of fecal and serum materials and submit these protocols to
CDC prior to initiating testing to detect overt disease in swine,
including parenteral (intradermal) inoculation of pigs; oral
inoculations of pigs and performing standardizing enzyme profiles,
histology biopsies and other testing as required. A sole source
procurement is anticipated with the College of Veterinary Medicine,
Oregon State University. Inquiries must reflect the RFQ number,
