The (USSAH) is a Continuing Care Retirement Community of approximately 1150 retired and former members of the Armed Forces with an average age of 74. The requirement is part-time with a minimum of two (2) four (4) hour days per week. The award will be based on best value. The technical proposal is limited to five pages. The evaluation factors are 1) Experience and Capability to provide protestant Chaplain services, and 2) Price. This is a simplified acquisition for Commercial items up to $5 million in accordance with FAR Part 12 and Part 13.
