senior consultant to discuss major research provided under task 1. Task

report(s) to the EPA Deputy Chief Information Officer (or other
designated official) outlining the methodology by which they approached
the personalized research, and explaining in detail their findings.

the Contractor, but shall at minimum include six (6) such events
within the period of performance of this requirement. IV Evaluation
Criteria: Award will be made on a "best value" basis, price and other
factors considered. 1. Evidence of analysis of issues facing public and
private sector Chief Information Officers (or like individuals).

form of publications or studies. 2. Demonstrated understanding of the
role of Chief Information Officer as both general manager as well as
advocate for information technology. 3. Demonstrated experience in
providing inquiry and interaction services for public and private
sector Chief Information Officers. 4. Evidence of ability to provide
