MODIFICATION TO NOTICE OF PRIVATIZATION OF THE ELECTRICAL DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM AT SOLDIER SYSTEMS CENTER, NATICK, MASSACHUSETTS This is a notice of amendment of Announcement 393749, Intent to Award under Sole Source provisions for the following: Privatization of the Government Owned Electrical Distribution System at the US Army Soldier Systems Command, located in Natick, Massachusetts. The following sentences are hereby deleted: "Massachusetts State regulations limit the provision of electrical distribution services at the US Army Soldier Systems Command to Boston Edison Company. No other person shall provide distribution service within Boston Edison Company's territory without the written consent of Boston Edison Company which shall be filed with the Massachusetts Department of Telecommunications and Energy and the clerk of the municipality so affected." The following replaces the deleted section: "Only one responsible source expressed an interest. No other possible source expressed interest in this privatization action."
