Z -- UNDERGROUND STORAGE TANK REMOVAL SOL RFQ-2000-001 POC ALbert Chan, (415) 561-5428 Request for Qualifications: The Presidio Trust is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from firms experienced in removal of underground storage tanks (USTs). Project sites are located within The Presidio of San Francisco, CA, which is a National Historic Landmark in a national park setting. Scope of services may include but is not limited to: securing appropriate permits from the San Francisco Department of Public Health and the Presidio Trust Building Permit Department; excavation; tank cleaning, removal and disposal; disposal of liquids and contaminated soil; placement of backfill soil; replacement of paved surfaces; and other work as required to remove USTs in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Other related services may be required, consisting primarily of removal, characterization, and disposal of contaminated soil. The Trust plans to award a maximum of three (3) task order based contracts with individual task orders expected to range from $2,000 to approximately $25,000. Anticipated contract term is base term with option years. Minimum qualifications include but are not limited to California Class A General Engineering Contractor's license with hazardous substance removal and remedial actions certification. Submittals will be evaluated based upon criteria set forth in the Request For Qualifications.
