The Federal Bureau of Prisons is seeking contractor to perform renovations (repair and/or replace)to 3rd, 5th, 7th and 9th floor marble on south elevator lobby floors and terrazo flooring on the 10th floor north elevator lobby in the HOLC Building located at 320 First Street, NW, Washington DC in accordance with the Statement of work provided in solicitation. All work shall be performed between the hours of 6:00 pm and 5:00 am and/or on weekends. Work shall begin no later than 10 days after contract award and be completed no later than 60 days after contract award. Prospective offerors are hereby notified that security clearances will be required for all individuals (including subcontractors) performing services under this contract.
