The CXM-9 explosive shall meet the requirements of MIL-E-82895(OS) with milled Class 5 HMX Nitramines. The explosive is needed for a full-scale warhead loading production lot to complete qualification of Dyno-manufactured CXM-9 explosives for use in SLAM ER warheads.
