This ammunition when fired from a accurized M16A2 rifle must not exceed a Maximum Spread of 2.2 inches at 200 yards, 3.5 inches at 300 yards, and 6.5 inches at 600 yards. This ammunition shall be manufactured in accordance with NSWC specification HS/4083/C99/1185. This acquisition will be processed utilizing simplified small purchase procedures and is 100% Small Business Set-Aside and only Small Business sources will be considered. Delivery is required F.O.B. Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane, IN 47522 with delivery required within 120 days from award of purchase order. The government intends to award this action on a Sole Source basis to Black Hills Ammunition, Rapid City, SD 57701.
